5. Event Recordings and Redistribution

  1. Consent to Record: By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any of our workshops, meetings, webinars, or other events (collectively, “Events”), you acknowledge and agree that these Events may be recorded in audio, video, or other formats.
  2. Grant of Rights: You consent to our capture and use of your image, voice, name, and/or likeness as part of any audio or video recording. You also grant us the irrevocable, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform any recordings (in whole or in part), for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, marketing, or educational use.
  3. No Additional Compensation: You understand and agree that no payment or consideration will be provided for the use of any recordings that include your image, voice, name, or likeness.
  4. Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact us in advance at [email protected]. However, opting out may limit your ability to fully participate in certain Events.

6. Training and Event Locations

We reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel the location of any training, workshop, meeting, or webinar at any time, including but not limited to changes in city, state, country, venue, or format (in-person vs. virtual).

7. Liability for Our Services

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide the Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
  2. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.
