Over three weeks, The Connection Course offers 14 hours of live calls across six sessions. It kicks off with a 2.5-hour introductory call and wraps up with a 1.5-hour Q&A with the Founders. In between, there are four sessions, each 2.5 hours long. Beyond these calls, there's minimal extra work—just a weekly podcast episode and the daily integration of course insights into your everyday life.

Most communication courses teach specific techniques—focusing on what to say and how to say it. In contrast, Soma+IQ™ Connection emphasizes cultivating a particular state of mind, minimizing the reliance on techniques.
